Early September an amazing group of individuals searching to go deeper with their horses attended the Sarah Southwell Clinic here once again.
We were excited to have new riders join us and returning alumni. We cheered and encouraged eachother on in our journeys, a weekend filled with laughter and constant giggles.
Happy horses and riders was the goal. Going deeper and creating rider self awareness to allow us to open up and create/continue that conversation with our horse and develop functional movement patterns.
News Flash: your horse is never the problem.
We watched and listened to understand how to listen to the hints our horse gives for us to start to understand their physical and mental well being before it becomes a problem.
Learning how to get out of the horses way when we ride to allow for them to work their best. And start developing our eye to be able to see what is functional movement and what isn’t.
we all want to be the best rider we can for our horses. Sarah teaches that it’s about us being accountable to ourselves. And showing up and listening to our horses to create an environment for them to heal, grow and thrive.
Stay tuned for returning clinic dates in 2025
