The leaves are mostly gone and although it was a wet fall things have leveled out and it’s still a warm fall. Snow is staying on the mountains around us for now. We gathered and shipped this past week and it makes us feel all the more grateful for good neighbours and great friends who come out to help.
And now the momma cows have quieted and settled into the routine, bags not so tight anymore.
We look forward to winter and the change in seasons bringing different tasks and jobs. The crisp air wakes us up and excites us for the winter adventures to come and all the fresh snow. This life worked daily with love ones is a gift we are reminded of daily.
